Sports and endurance

Every sport to some extent is healthy and helps to increase combat skills and endurance. But, of course, the military-applied the value of various classic sports varies. There are sports that have a direct directly applied military value to the education of endurance. This shooting, Sambo, racing motorcycles and cars, underwater, boating, parachute and aircraft sport, biathlon (skiing with shooting). A soldier may encounter in a combat situation with all the actions that form the basis of these sports.

It athletics, swimming, weightlifting, cross-country skiing. You can improve military-applied value of these sports by, for example, complicating conditions at the expense of uniforms, weight calculations and choice of terrain. Soldiers are running, jumping, throwing, swimming, skiing, running, carrying heavy loads in military clothing is not in the stadiums and not in the artificial pools, and on rough terrain, in natural waters, with computation.

One group includes all other classic sports, including sports games that have no immediate, direct communication with characteristic military training actions, but somehow can enhance combat skills and endurance. Therefore, fencing, volleyball and Greco-Roman wrestling is usually included in the program of military-sports events.

To fight fatigue and increase stamina, very important “military sports”. It is events on the ground in military uniform, with weapons, with the use of military equipment for the exercises and actions taken program of combat training of troops. For example, “military triathlon” (bridging standard obstacle course, shooting a machine gun and throwing grenades on the range), the competition units in March-throw, all-around platoons, a variety of military-applied relay, etc.

All this is of great importance for endurance and long-term preservation of combat capability, for example, the drivers of tanks, self-propelled, artillery and rocket launchers, armoured personnel carriers, vehicles and other combat vehicles. Drivers of these vehicles must be able, when needed, for the day to travel long distances, and not only on roads but also in off-road conditions. Physical training provides a significant increase operability and capability of the drivers of cars and thereby dramatically reduces the failure rate (due to premature fatigue, inaccurate actions, drowsiness, blunting care drivers).
